“We had a fantastic stay! The home was cozy and perfect for our trip to Cooperstown for my son's baseball tournament at Dreams Park, right up the road. It’s baseball-themed, which my kids absolutely loved, such a fun touch! While the house is on the smaller side, it had everything we needed and was a great home base for our time at the ballpark. “This estate was perfect for us. Less than 5 minutes from dreams park. So many bedrooms it fit our party very comfortably. Julie and her husband really bailed us out. Our previous host double booked us and canceled 36hours before check in. We got ahold of julie who was able to get everything ready for us within 24h of our trip. We are very appreciative of all the effort that went into it. The hot tub was great for our kids. There was a fire pit on site and there is a separate company who stocks……

“Stayed while son was playing at All-Star Village, about 15 minute drive. Close to Cooperstowns and Dreams also. Cabin was clean, can't beat being on the water! Even caught a fish from the back dock. Good communication from owner. ”

“Very happy with the property. It is right on the lakeside and the lake is rather still most days making for great kayaking. The lake itself is pretty muggy so swimming, at least in this section of it, is not happening. However, the view and ambiance of the area is great. The neighbors to the right are pretty close, and it seems most houses in this area are rentals so Saturday night got pretty loud around us. The kitchen comes stocked with most things you need, and the beds were very comfortable.……

“An easy commute (use the freeway) to the All Star Village fields!!!Decent fishing off the dock- we caught some small mouth bass and blue gill. Use orange swimbaits, small spoons, and flies.”
