“The Inn both inside and out is beautiful and well maintained. The bed is very comfortable as are the pillows which gave us a wonderful nights sleep. The interior spaces are beautifully appointed with warm comfortable furnishings and soothing colors. The bar is inviting as the restaurant with wonderful food and an excellent selection of wines and alcohol offerings. The breakfasts are so good we could have had them for lunch and dinner. What made our stay really special was the care and……

“The hosts were very nice and friendly. The kitchen was clean and the morning coffee was great! Our room was spacious enough and the beds were very comfortable. The setting is charming!”

“The host was great and quick response every time. She was able to answer questions promptly before booking. Wonderful and fun property! Tents were beautifully set up and clean.”

“Lynn was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. Our stay was very comfortable and centrally located to everywhere we wanted to be. The property was beautiful and scenic, and the home was as cozy and comfortable. She even put out breakfast and coffee for us in the morning, which was very nice! We would absolutely stay again!”

“Great location. Very country cozy. Host is lovely and makes a real effort. Provided coffee, yogurt and fruit for breakfast, which was unexpected. Enjoyed relaxing with this on the back patio. Was more of a B&B experience than expected.”

“This was my sister and my 2nd annual stay at the glamp site and we love it - will keep coming back every summer. Michelle has thought of everything you might need or want from all items needed to make smores to the hot tub on the property and tons of shower towels in the very spacious shower tent. Total bonus that it's a quick walk to an awesome food truck and ice cream spot, as well as to the train station”

“Lovely home in the heart of Millbrook.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Millbrook. My 5yo declared it his favorite rental ever. We loved the kitchen, natural light in the living area and huge yard. The house is obviously well loved and has made lots of family memories. There is everything you could need or think of. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back.”

“This comfortable, clean house sits close to the village of Millbrook, convenient for dining and a bit of shopping. The house has amenities comfortable for a short or longer stay. The bedrooms are well organized for a family or several friends. In summer the pool, a good size one for the property, is delightful, and the central air conditioning a definite plus given the recent heat spell. The host was immediately responsive to the few questions we had and resolved a couple of minor matters……

“Fallerhof is a cute, quaint cottage in a beautiful, secluded setting. Everything was very clean, and it’s a lovely spot for a quick escape. Two things worth knowing before booking: the owners don't provide a key for you to lock the doors with, and there’s no Wi-Fi. The lack of Wi-Fi is manageable if you're hooked up to a hot spot. Charming overall.”

“If you are visiting Dover Plains or attending a wedding or other event at Preston Barn this is a great place to stay as it is only 1.5 miles down the road from Preston Barn/Old Dover Inn. The house was very clean and sits on a pretty small river where the bird watching is awesome. We enjoyed the deck and bird watching (including a young eagle and blue heron), pool sitting and playing bocce on the lawn. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was very nice and the bedrooms and bathrooms were a nice……

“BUYER BEWARE!!! Everything about this place is a lie! It was so bad I didn't go back for my second night stay and the owners would not refund me!! First off it was 23 miles away not 3 from where we were! Second off the twin bed I slept in was about as old as the house itself! Third the bathroom is disgusting chipped paint, dirty sink and tub, and they charged me a cleaning fee! And last but not least the stench from their cat was abhorrent! I thought they owned a mountain lion!! Downstairs……

“Beautiful home in a lovely serene setting. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing stay in Duchess County.”

“It was the 2nd time we have stayed here, the space is perfect for us. Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms and the deck is great”
