“Room clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast had pretty good options. Staff helpful of my initial faulty room card. Parking little difficult to find due to increase congestion in vehicles and work trucks parked there.”

“The pullout couch is not a good option for sleeping, especially an adult. It is like a very firm pillow on the ground. The staff was super helpful providing an egg crate and additional bedding but not really a good option for a bed. An updated pullout would be suggested and a handheld shower option.”

“Very positive experience. (1) A lot of free parking spots (2) Early check-in took 2-3 minutes (with id check and everything) (3) Room was perfectly clean (lacks shampoo and fridge but to me that's a minor drawback) compared to a silent new A/C unit (4) Checked out exactly at 11am, nobody tried to speed me up (*) They are pet friendly! “The room and was clean but the air wouldn’t work, the shower would cut off while you was using it and the light and plug in beside the bed would not work. ”

“Our room overlooked a nasty trash filled roof -kept heavy blinds closed. I feel the bathtub/shower was quite unsafe - it is so narrow and slippery. I also rinsed it out before stepping into it - looked like sand/pebbles in it. The beds are comfortable (except my short older friend had trouble climbing in to bed due to height of bed). The pillows were quite lumpy. The room was clean, the staff ok, and the breakfast was good. Good location, for the $ (had a suite), I would probably come back for……

“Everything was great until the day came for my room to be cleaned. When I returned to my room that day, my bed was freshly made... however, the drawers where I had carefully put my clothing had been disturbed and rifled through. And missing from my room was the full bottle of water that I'd brought and put by the bed, my personal soap and soap dish that I travel with (as my skin is sensitive) and an apple. Needless to say, I was hardly able to sleep that night as this violation was so……

“The location was beautiful. But the house was very dirty and in need of much repair. The water smelled like poop. The toilet in our room was filled with waste. The ceiling downstairs right by the kitchen had a huge hole and pipes exposed. The front door was broken and needed much repair. The patio out back was filthy the kitchen a complete mess with dishes stacked in the sink. They had cats and dogs in the house and while I was eating a cat jumped up in my lap.
