“Staff were friendly. I had to ask for WiFi connection code, kettle, hair-dryer at the reception after checked in. I think these should be prepared and ready in the room.”

“It was a lovely stay. The area is quiet and close (5-10 minutes walk) to Brooklands tram stop and a few minutes walk from shops and cafes. The area is also safe at night. The hotel owner/manager/staff are extremely friendly and kind and generous. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The shower was good and spacious. “The rooms was fantastic, large and clean, very comfortable bed and while it is a bit 'cookie cutter' in appearance, it's what you need to get a good nights sleep before a flight. The staff were good and the shuttle rocketed me on time so can't complain. Only 'negative' thing is that the hallways near the lifts/elevators could use some updating, otherwise, great place. ”

“Lovely location tucked away in a rural cul de sac but easy access to major roads and Airport. I opted for the smaller double room which was compact but comfortable. The owners/staff were all excellent and very helpful. The breakfast buffet, while a little expensive, was superb and had everything you could want, all at a high quality. The only downside (nothing to do with the accommodation itself) was not rely on the pub next door - I stayed on a Tuesday and the pub kitchen was closed early and……

“Fantastic apartment in the heart of Urmston. The location was amazing!!!! It is centrally placed for the bustling town and is also directly opposite the train station, with a 9minute journey to Manchester Oxford Road - loved this. The apartment it self was modern, clean and fresh. Loved the different rooms and worked well for us. The host was amazing and very responsive. Would definitely recommend ”
