"Luz was the best! She made our stay so much easier, and we truly couldn’t have done it without her. Luz works at the watchhouse, and honestly, I think she might be the only employee there that you are able to have any interaction, but she is really amazing at what she does. The only thing I would like to emphasize is that the towels should be replaced. The ones we had were very worn out and no longer white, they were gray from use."
