Great hotel! Cute little authentic place, a bit difficult to find as it is located through an alley onto a courtyard but fairly straightforward from Rialto ferry terminal. Big room, great breakfast and amazing and welcoming staff! Will definitely stay here again if I ever visit Venice.

Our stay was perfect!! The room was clean and AC was working perfectly! Hot water in the bathroom was super! My room doesn't include breakfast so we paid 5EUR per person and we didn't regret that at all!! We had breakfast at their Garden and the view was absolutely beautiful.

Staff is great, the room is very good, I let them know that I will arrive early and the hotel did not promise early check in but when I arrive my room is ready. The room rate worth every bit. I have a wonderful stay.

Great location near St Mark Square with professional and friendly staff. The hotel is a bit old and some areas need some facelift. Creaky wooden floor as one area needing a looking at.

Positive- Excellent location. You can take a private water taxi from the airport which takes you directly to the hotel. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We took a junior suite during our 3 nights stay. The room was spacious, and beautiful. Bathroom was lovely with good power shower
Negative- the wall mounted hair dryer is very underwhelming with low level of warm air.. Was told by reception staff that their general manager had made a decision of only providing guests with one...
