“Lovely hotel, previously stayed when it was Lacanda san Barnaba and the upgrade is really great, whilst still keeping the originsl ceiling frescos and other features. Great new updsted bathrooms. Great communal areas as well as fab breakfast. Only slight niggle was not much hanging space and no drawers but easily manageable. Overall a great stay”

“Excellent hotel. It situated in a nice friendly community sqare where there are 3 nice resturants in the square. Good food. People at counter are extremely helpful. Easy access to vaporetto. The water bus can take to you to all different spots you want to go. Also not far to the center train station.I like my room. It has the wood log attic design on the ceiling with a big modernize and yet has touch of medieval feelling kind of chantellier hanging down from the center of the wood log setting.……

“Location was great - 12 minute walk to the train station. Their breakfast is a normal European breakfast - light. The room had AC without a locked temperature which was great because we could put it to as cold as we wanted. Issue: There was sooo many fruit flies in our room. I don’t know if that’s a Venice thing but we had to kill so many of them. They were in the building a little too. The shower was good but in our room the floor wasn’t sloped properly so all the shower water went from the……
