“Excellent communication, very clean residence, simple check in and check out. Two improvements: 1. The knob to turn the water on and select hot/cold in the tub/shower needs to be replaced. It does not function properly and we were not able to take a hot shower. 2. Make it clearer that the residence is apart of an apartment complex. This fact may not matter to some customers but it would have been a major component for other customers.”

The house was super cute and home like feeling. Very clean, with everything you needed and the shower had the most amazing water pressure and lots of hot water for all 5 of us staying there. “We had to walk up a grassy hill from the driveway that was difficult for me as an 85 yr old woman. The apt. is under the owner,s house and we could here a dog running around and a child crying and running. ”

“Not too bad of a little house for a quick overnight stay. The pictures do the place justice. We arrived after dark and in the rain. There needs to be a sidewalk from the back parking area to the front door for apt. #2. The front steps could be a safety issue. They have no railing and are short. The first thing we saw in the bedroom was a spider web and a spider. We used the vacuum cleaner to rid that issue! The place is nice and clean. It could use some touch up paint on certain areas. “It was a great place to stay, just k ow that if you have more than 6 you will be sleeping on couches or air mattresses. The location is prime as far as location to bars and restaurants, but not prime if you plan on going to bed before 3;00am. It may have been an unusual night, but there was a lot of chaos going on out side of the place. It was a bit alarming. But the place was clean and a great space for friends to spread out and catch up.”

“Cute little apartment just as advertised. Discovered the products in the shower (shampoo/conditioner/body wash were all completely empty so was only able to rinse off. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes both mornings. Not sure where that came from. Everything else was great. Good location. If you aren’t good with stairs this a not the place for you.”
