「The hotel and room were clean but the carpets could use a deep cleaning. The staff at the front desk were professional and very friendly, supportive and courteous. We didn't stay for breakfast as we just drove to the nearest Dunkin for coffee. The outdoor pool looked very clean and it's a big size pool but we didn't get a chance to go into the pool as we were busy.」

「Air conditioning was terrible.
Bathroom toilet had to be snaked
Staff was amazing
This is an older hotel. It has charm and the location is great.

「They were in flood zone when Hellen happened. Unfortunately room had a very strong smell, it bathroom I’ve seen the mold. Bedding and towels were clean but in general it wasn't pleasant feeling because of that strong smell」

「We had a great stay at this vacation rental for the weekend. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient and made it easy to enjoy the area. 「We absolutely LOVED Twisted Vines Cabin! We happened to be visiting Butler, TN during the winter storm that just occurred, so our visit was cut a little short, but the cabin was just perfect! Cozy and comfortable, and extremely clean! It is a perfect getaway spot, and we hope to visit again when we can experience better weather!」

「The Hillside Hideaway was exactly what we hoped for: clean, comfortable, quiet, close to shopping and restaurants and a safe environment for our nine-year old pup Lucy. We stayed four nights during a mild weather period, and we made the most of the trails and parks in the area. My husband and I are in our seventies -- we live an hour way from Johnson City and we enjoy mini-vacations that don't require long-distance travel. This spot was perfect for us!」
