“Room was nice, tiny pillows! Room is to look after 4 people with only one hook for towels, petty I know. Water pressure for the shower was poor and the bathroom faucet was sloppy. Maid service was poor at best, had to request towel and bed service twice over the week and bed service was only was done once. Breakfast? Trash, pool? cloudy, ice machines? only one worked on the property, Room a/c? No way to turn off the fan so noisey all night. The staff overall were great, friendly and courteous.”
