“Lots of hotel activities for both adults and children. Stayed for 3 nights and still so much yet to enjoy! It’s a resort you can stay without going outside! But Patong Elephant Care is a short 5-min walk away (through the beach route), worth spending an hour or two there!”

“stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, the view is very impressive when I walked into the front desk. However, I think the room needs some regular maintenance. Shuttle bus only offer one way with limited services. It would be great if they can offer return. ”

“Enjoy the pool access and the infinity pool. Very clean swimming pool and room. But the receptionists are a little bit muddled, some basic information (eg. Facilities opening time) were not answered clearly and adequately. When we check-in, they mixed up our information with other guests. Just minor problems. Generally, it was an excellent experience.”

“The hotel was great! We had one of the rooms that was connected to the pool; definitely recommend! The staff was always very helpful and friendly! The only down fall is the how inconvenient it would be to get a ride to Patong due to location.”

“Overall, hotel is very nice with easy commute to Patong city center either by walking or TukTuk. The initial hotel check in was good, room cleanliness could have been improved - there were some dirty areas, most likely because the hotel was at high occupancy and in a rush to get ready for next guest. ”

“We were happy with our stay. Our room was gorgeous and a nice size. The view from our patio/balcony oversaw Patong beach and the city. AC, TV, Wi-Fi all worked well. Staff were very nice. They kindly held our baggage after checkout for 6hrs before departing to airport without charge, thank you so much! The only cons are it’s a little pricy and located on a mountain/hill. There is a small convenience store nearby that you can access. It’s easier to walk 10mins downhill to the beach, restaurants……

“Before book the hotel, I saw most of comments are negative or unhappy experience. However I saw the photos of the hotel gym, so I booked and try. No parking in this hotel. So I park in street parking (No fee). The check in process is smooth and welcome drink provided. The staff guide me to the room and prepare ice water for me. The gym is excellent!! It is professional setting and personal trainer available on site. I stay three nights in the hotel, I went to gym 6 times during whole stay.……

“酒店不错，到江西冷大概需要走20分钟，到芭东海滩大概需要走15分钟，不算太远，住的比较安静的地方，路口就有便利店、商铺、餐厅！老板娘人很热情！！热心！！非常好相处！会说中文！沟通没问题！她女儿开的餐厅就在附近，东西好吃还便宜！环境都很好！”

“Really good bed, big room, nice staff, only complain is that the aircondision was a problem to sett so its geting cold almost how ever we tried. But we get back as soon we can hopefully next year.”
