“Where do I start. No hot water or even no water! Cockroaches in shower! Holes in sheets. No shelving for storage. WiFi non existent. Extremely noisy, however it is near a main road with lots of drunken & drug infused people! We were informed breakfast started at 10.00 am, however at 10.15 nothing was open! We were booked in for 3 nights but informed staff we were leaving the next morning. Staff rang manager who promised a 2 night refund once her marketing staff opened the email from Expedia.……

“Room and stay was very nice however upon checking out I realized I left my passport and phone behind only a day later contacted the hotel in hopes it would be there and it was but they did not bother to call or contact me they have since not responded to my messages to give me my belongings back ”
