"Staff were fantastic. The room was in the aparthotel which I didn't realise, but it meant I had more room which was lovely. Great coffee machine in the room and the little self service shop was great. I only stayed one night after landing late at the airport and travelling onwards the next day. However I would definitely consider staying here again and enjoying more of the facilities which looked great. "

"Was a very good stay. Our first initial room was very small for two people but we made do with it. We had an issue with plumbing in it and got moved to another room as it couldn’t get fixed that night. The new room was much bigger and easier to move around. Unfortunately the shower didn’t drain good so we were ankle deep in water while showering. Could do with a deep clean in the corners of the shower as there was some mold and dusting on the bed frame. Staff were good and quick to help us. "

"Overall a satisfactory hotel. Room was clean and very functional. Reception could have been more welcoming and contact with them on a couple of occasions seemed quite indifferent. Check out was much more pleasant. The gym like most in hotels was not in good shape and barely usable. "

"The breakfast and restaurant are excellent and very tasty, and the Skybar is a nice spot. However, the overall experience doesn't justify a 9.2 rating. The lobby smelled strongly of cannabis upon arrival, and the decor feels like an outdated 'Dubai style'. The pool and sauna areas are quite old and don't match the official photos, plus there was an unpleasant smell in the changing rooms. It is a decent average hotel, but far from 'Wonderful"

"Needed a convenient overnight near airport and this hotel worked great -- clean, nice rooms --- worked perfectly. Coinvenient bus back to airport --- Would recommend to anyone. "

"Nice room, staff has no customer service skills, expensive paid parking for overnight guest. The hotel is basically in a field, not a big city!"

"Quick check-in, extremely friendly and helpful receptionist The room was exactly as described, small but functional, ideal for a couple of days in Amsterdam. And free parking!"

"Property is clean and comfortable and is value for the money it costs. Staff were helpful. It's a little out of the way but close enough to be convenient. The design of the hotel reception rises to the top of the building with a clear roof, looks great but as people come in at all hours of the night that opens space acts as a microphone to what they are all saying so it's was quite loud during the night. It wasn't that bad but not ideal."
