“Room is clean, staff are very nice and friendly. I left my hair flat iron in the hotel, when I message them, the staff went above and beyond to get it deliver to us in Uluwatu, about 2.5 hours drive. I have very much please with their customer service. ”

“The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. ”
