"Everyone on the cruise was very nice and welcoming, and they truly cared to make sure that we had a great time. Our suite was very nice, but the beds mattress could have been softer. The only big issue was the fact that I needed Wi-Fi to take care of some business and as soon as we left the bay, the Internet was completely out. Had I known that this was the case I would’ve come better prepared, and given that I paid so much for this trip I would’ve expected them to be fully transparent."

"We stayed on a 2 night cruise in July. Amazing friendly and helpful staff. Ronald (Customer Service Manager) and his team went above and beyond to help me out when I purchased some pearls from a pearl farm on our day trip. The earrings were faulty and broke. The staff tried so hard to contact the pearl farm to help me get a replacement, which happened. Thankyou team! The rooms are amazing but travellers need to be aware that while the government and cruise liners are coming to agreement, there is no wifi (starlink doesnt work) therefore no TV. Drinks are expensive But there is alot to choose from the buffet menu. Highlights are waking up at 5am and watching the beautiful sunrise. Recommendations for the Celina of the Seas would be to include some bubble-bath for guests to use with the beautiful bathtubs. Maybe also create some USB's with movie options doe guests who wish to relax in their rooms, or have children who need some quiet time (while there is no wifi). Recommendation to travellers is to stay for 2 nights to enjoy the beautiful area without feeling too rushed. Each ship has specific itineraries for guests whether they are staying one night, or two, and the days start early. Highlight was definitely the staff - so friendly, energetic, and so obviously trying to ensure we had the best stay possible."

"We stayed 2 nights and 3 days on the cruise, the ship was beautiful and new. The room was spacious with the biggest bed I have ever seen, we also had a balcony with a table and chairs so we could sit and watch the amazing view. I think the best part of our trip with Tulip Cruise was the friendly and kind staff. Denny took us on our excursion on day 2 and he was funny charming and very polite. Having him as our guide definitely made the day better. Sarah who was at the reception for most of our trip was also amazing. She was so helpful every time we needed something or had a silly question. I don’t think I ever saw her without a beautiful smile on her face and she also made our trip memorable. Marcus our butler was very friendly and helpful, always pandering to our needs, nothing ever seemed like too much. Thank you Sam and Chris"

"The most beautiful, well finished hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was a great size, staff so pleasant and helpful and the amenities top class. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The views here Ha Long Bay are an added bonus and the hotel ensure the beach area is kept pristine and clean. 10/10"

"We all liked the spacious rooms which had all the facilities needed. It also was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. You could not fault the staff who were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had an evening meal in the restaurant. The menu had plenty of choices Vietnamese and Western food. We all chose Vietnamese dishes and they were delicious. Also the prices were not that expensive. Plenty of choices at buffet breakfast again Vietnam and Western food. Price included in room rate. Would definitely recommend and stay there if we were in HaLong Bay."
