“We visited for Mother's Day weekend and everyone had a great time! It is an old historic boarding house that was converted into a historic inn. The inn has so much character and history, and came with a delicious homemade breakfast. It's in reasoning distraught to downtown and many attractions. We will definitely stay again! ”

They made us feel truly welcome and it was hard to peel ourselves from the beautiful porch! We are already planning our next stay here. ”

“The Yellow House is a wonderful B and B for a relaxing weekend. The owner is very conscientious and his breakfasts reflect that. There was always hot coffee available in the mornings and snacks, including home made cookies, during the day. The house is very clean and well kept. Our bed was a little small and therefore, I found it hard to sleep well. The next time we stay here I would request a room with a larger bed. I would definitely return for a weekend here. ”

“Lots of old-school charm in this historic home and beautiful property. Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Anna and Richard were very welcoming, friendly and most attentive. The on-site waterfall and restaurant were an added bonus, and the food was excellent! I would definitely return again!”

“The room was a nice size with 2 glider chairs, a desk and queen bed and room to move around!! The breakfast was delicious and very filling. The grounds with a mountain view were great for sitting and relaxing, in the morning we were lucky to see a ground hog sitting up in the yard. Brenda and Peter were the perfect hosts with being there if you needed anything. ”

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay overall, staff very helpful providing any amenities, lovely garden patio, great location on Main St. Only real sour note was at the very end of our trip...all info says complementary breakfast provided as part of the price we paid for room but when we arrived for breakfast we were notified that we had to pay for breakfast because we went thru hotels.com...staff should have told us that...”

“Our first stay at Rock Laurel B&B and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Joe and Judy are excellent hosts and it was like we had been friends for years. The food (breakfasts) were also excellent and there was plenty of it. We also enjoyed the experience of having breakfast with the other guests at the B&B. We hope to to there again sometime. ”

Before perps when we we’re coming and the follow up after. Infact so much to do in the area. We want to bring the whole family when we do a vacation. That’s how much we enjoyed it. ”
