“As it being our first time staying somewhere other than an all inclusive resort we were so glad we chose Claudio’s Humble on the beach condo. Right from the start the communication was excellent and questions answered quickly. The checkin procedure as well as information regarding location, directions, transportation to and from Cancun airport, tips on grocery shopping etc was very well communicated and appreciated. Upon our arrival we found the condo inside and out exactly as we had seen it……

“Regrettably, my holiday experience took an unexpected turn due to the property management company's abrupt cancellation just four days before my scheduled arrival during the festive Christmas season. This unfortunate situation left me with no alternative accommodations, casting a shadow over what was supposed to be a joyous holiday escape. I find it disheartening that such last-minute changes were made, impacting my plans and overall enjoyment. I strongly recommend potential guests to exercise……

“This was a nice place. In the cut close to everything the private rooftop pool was Love! Contactless check-ins, No check-in wait time or lines! ”

“Property was excellent. Well decorated and very clean. Downside: parking on the street. It was ver busy and had to park up to 100 mt away. ”
