"The roads around the property were very bad. The water in the individual jacuzzi attached to my room was not clean at all. I had brought it up to the reception but nothing was done. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very nice. It was a very enjoyable time for me."

Well stocked kitchen great A/C with a personal cooling pool and access to gym and the larger rooftop pools for swimming laps and cool skybridge. "it was complicated, to get the access code for the lock box. I thought it would be a all settled and via vrbo but i had to sign an extra rental form via email, than whatsapp. So we arrived at the vrbo and was on the phone with 3-4 different people before we were able to get the access code.Other than that it was cool.Construction in front of the place was not great but to be expected as Tulum is developing"
