「As advertised, modern condo steps from beach.The condo and area exceeded our expectations. It's situated in a safe gated beachfront community between Cozumel, Playa del Carmen and Tulum which are all 30 minutes or less by car and ferry in Cozumel's case. It has good restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Property staff and host Susana are very responsive and helpful. Very relaxing and fun, we had a great time. 「This condo was beautiful with a clean boho vibe. Augustin at the front desk was super helpful with local information, bike and golf cart rental and booking a turtle tour with a guide that took just my family of four out. The area felt super safe and we were comfortable walking to some local restaurants and shops. We ate at Buena Vida and Jungle Cafe several times each and both were delicious. 「The condo was beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked! Our baby loved the foot bath as a splash pad. But the people of the complex really made our stay special! Not mentioned in the listing but there is also an incredible restaurant attached to the condo and a coffee shop across the street. Great location! 」
