「Rude morning waiter at breakfast. He said there was no menu and told us there was omelettes only and no price. When we were shocked to find out the total, he demanded a 15-20 percent tip. The rooms were nice but not as expected. We booked a partial ocean view and had no view at all of the ocean」

「Villas de Rosa is a hidden gem. The location is right on a beautiful quiet beach with great snorkeling right in front. The rooms are very spacious with everything you need. The beach bar has great food and amazing staff that make you feel comfortable. We will be back regularly! 」

「The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay.
The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. 」

「lovely hotel on one of the best neaches in Tulum. Staff was highly attentive to our needs and sincerely wanted my family to have a memorable experience. The room has the look and feel of a spa. The complimentary breakfast was healthy and delicious. Small, quaint, and delightful. We'll be back for another week.」
