“We were choosing between this property and Ocean Club West and chose wrong sadly.
From the start it was sub par, the transport from the airport failed to show after a 30 min wait and we had to join the taxi line.
We had a room the 1st night where there were people partying 2 doors down despite being asked to stop. I was woken at 2:38am by the smoke alarm because they were illegally smoking. I had to go to the front desk at 3am due to the banging and partying.
We were moved for 1 night to……
