“Would not recommend to stay here! Hotel is old and dated. Upon check in asked for a room in a quiet area, front staff said no problem and stuck me next to the highway side, loud cars all night, in addition dogs start barking around 10pm and go all night, call front desk and they said they already sent someone up, they go up again and still barks, and started again early morning. Horrible night sleep, discussed with front desk and they said they are pet friendly hotel. I say so this impacts……

“Very disappointing experience. Around 5:30 AM someone from the front desk knocked on our door twice because their system incorrectly showed our room as vacant after a check-in error. This woke us up abruptly, our dogs started barking, and we couldn’t go back to sleep. We had been driving all day and still had a full day of travel ahead of us, so this disturbance was extremely frustrating. The issue was caused by the hotel’s internal mistake and unfortunately no resolution was offered.”

“We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated how family-friendly the hotel was. The indoor pool was a lot of fun, especially for the kids, and it was a great way to relax after a long day. The complimentary breakfast and dinner were amazing and very much appreciated—it made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. “ The floors still had trash under the recliner and the bed, no remote for the second TV in the bedroom, no dishes available upon checking into the room. Had to go down every time to the front desk to get what we needed, also no hair dryer readily available in the restroom had to go down the following morning with wet hair to ask for a hair dryer not even as much as a glass cup or paper towel napkins were available to us in our room everything you had to go and ask for at the front desk I spent……

I loved having the rainfall shower and a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony, wonderful amenities like the gym and pool, and excellent and friendly front desk service, free valet or self parking, complimentary waters etc, and a wonderful location close to old town and next to the food hall!”
