“My wife and myself really enjoyed our stay in this property. It is very well equipped if you want to cook at the place. The backyard sitting area is amazing! The hosts are great as far as communication goes. The location is great as well, just a short walk to downtown are and the grocery store (Whole Foods). One little thing, the apartment is a bit small for a group larger than 2 which is hard to see from the pictures, so it was a bit tight when our daughter came to join us for a day. However……

“My wife and I have stayed at this rental many times. It is pet friendly, so we bring our toy poodle on vacation with us. The location is a short drive to Newport Beach and Huntington Beach attractions. The premises is clean, quiet, and comfortable.”

“Front desk representative is very helpful and a great listener. Room is nice and open. no movie access. great walking distance to restaurants and the Veterans Memorial pier. Would book again. note about room 5. Crack under door. Cover with towel to keep adjusted temperature to comfortable level. AC does not turn off from buttons. Use the buttons on the plug to turn off. The AC was unplugged when we entered our room. Toilet is not stable. Overall a good find for a bargain price in the area on the……

“What ever I say about this property and service is not enough, before I check in I had several requests, owner of this property very easy to communicate with, she makes me feel home and very comfortable, this brand new guest house is absolutely high end and everything you imagine like kitchens appliances, bedding… there for you , if you are planning for Laguna beach , this place is the on of the best place ever . “I usually start with positives so here it is… The local brewery down the street was the best part of this place! Awesome food, beer and service. Upon checking in to the Inn, we were asked to wait outside while the person on the desk checked in someone on the phone? Super strange? When we got our room it looked like it was a bit run down, the pictures were definitely altered for VRBO There was “smeared” something on the bathroom wall. Parking is quite tight, good luck if you have a truck or……
