Unwind on the shaded balcony, where the soothing sea breeze and panoramic views create the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Watch in awe as whales breach the surface during migration season, providing a spectacular show right from your own private oasis.

Kingscliff Sea Breeze House is in the ideal location walking distance to the beach. Cudgen Creek and some of Kingscliff’s favourite restaurants and cafes.

Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round.
With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
