"Property was good the problem was they gave my room with a walk in shower away and gave me a standard room with a tub which was difficult for me to lift my legs. I paid for a room with walk in shower. I arrived approximately 10:00 pm and they said I arrived too late. During the past seven years I have arrived much later and they always reserved my room."

"The entrance to the house was not shoveled and it was ridiculously and dangerously slippery getting into the house. No parking as the snow was not even cleared for us to park in the area that we needed to park in. The house reeks of urin and smelled as if they were covering it up with glade plug-ins. The place was dirty, and not recommended for stay in my opinion. Very disappointing, and my daughter and I did not stay at this unit. We were not going to stay there and had to drive for 10 miles to stay in a hotel last night. "

"This home was one of the cleanest and definitely the best equipped to make guests feel at home. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were fully equipped and included many extras to make a guest feel welcome such as tissues in every room, adequate toilet paper, cards, games,books and cozy blankets for the chilly nights. Highly recommend this property which was located within easy walking distance of several excellent restaurants and shops. Located directly across from a small park on a very quiet street. Property is well lit with ample parking."

"Communication with the owner/manager was on point every step of the way. House was as described. Electricity was out when we got there, however Amber called us an hour before we arrived to let us know, offered us two different rentals in case it didn't come back on. However wasn't needed as the power came on about 20 minutes after arrival. Beautiful neighborhood, our dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard. Was there for a wedding so wasn't really at the house much, but was perfect for what and where we needed. Thank you Sam and Amber. "
