「The resort was beautiful. Check in was easy and painless. The manager who checked us in was absolutely amazing. Very kind and welcoming. She allowed us to check in early and told us we could go pick some plums off her plum tree if we wanted. Room was beautiful and many amenities. Will definitely go back when we are in Osoyoos again. Highly recommend, 10/10」

「No wi fi, no coffee either in the room or the lobby, a lot of work to be done to bring it to any sort of stay again standard. Lots of money for very poor accommodation. Hard to locate lobby staff, there really is no lobby anyway. We were told they were new owners and working on improvements...OK, until that's done lower the price and disclose what is not available to guests. Bath water was yellow, no hot water, only warm and just for good measure, no bathtub plug. T.V..only worked...

「预定了顶层套房，设施齐全，带全套厨房及洗衣设施。但housekeeping 不细致，明明是带孩子出行，需要使用沙发床，但晚上临睡前才发现没有放任何沙发床所需床品，床单被子枕头什么都没有。立即联系酒店客服，也只是送来床单和很薄的毯子，晚上睡的极不舒服。服务意识非常一般。」

「This place looks like a motel in a quite vineyard, it is not like a resort. It is not very close to downtown, so nowhere to go at night if you don't drive. I am surprised it has so high scores in Expedia.」
