“We recently stayed in the Hideaway, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our visit. The entire property is gorgeous. The staff is courteous, and the breakfast is amazing! The history of the home and allure is second to none. The grounds were beautifully manicured and you are close to several restaurants. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. The only drawback is that the mansion resides very close to a busy intersection and with that comes some noise. ”

“Room was clean but the hallways were a little dirty, pool was nice. I would recommend staying here if you have to travel out of Nashville airport as you can pay cheap fees to leave your vehicle there”

“Hotel clerk was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel room was a bit worn but clean enough. Could use a bit of updating. A/c worked great. I did it eat breakfast. The reason was because there was a dead roach in the elevator. It was cleaned up after I got back on, but just turned me off of eating any food .”

“I want a refund I didn’t even 5 seconds . place is full of mold and I got kids and a wife with asthma Horrible I got sold a lie the pictures on your site are not what the place looks like in person.”

“Their site said they had an inside pool but it wasn't available that was the only reason that I booked that particular motel because of the inside pool. I was very disappointed and the room was just disgusting! dirty curtains hair everywhere the sheets and comforter had burnt holes in them the shower did not drain well. I was standing in water trying to take a shower also the day before I called ahead to see if an early check-in would be okay I was told by Ken that as long as there was……

“I walked into my room with people already in it. The hotel trespassed them and the room needed to be cleaned. There wasn't any cleaning staff at the time and all the rooms were fully booked. I had to make accommodations elsewhere that night. the hotel lied and said I utilized the room and wouldn't issue a refund.”

“Horrible service. Tried for several hours to reach main desk at the hotel before check in and no one ever picked up. Expedia help desk was unable reach anyone as well. No response to multiple messages. Horrible experience!! Should be booted from the Expedia application.”

“There is no front desk or staff to help at all, there was no communication on downloading an app and getting a code because nobody emailed or text me before arriving I was left standing in the hall not knowing what to do, there was no response for over a day when I asked for the internet information. The room was clean once I got in.”

“The overall staff of the property were so nice and friendly. The area was decent, a lot of people randomly walk through (apartments next door, kinda sketchy). Staff did warn us not to walk around at night. So that was nice heads up. It does offer seating areas to hang out and be out in the nice weather, good lighting. Nice parking. Super close to broadway which was the reasoning for booking for prices on Ubers there and back, honestly not terrible. Now I know this is an older motel but our room……
