“The room was very nice, clean and spacious. It’s a shame they allow smoking in the casino. If you’re not a smoker, it makes it unbearable and there is only a tiny space available for non-smokers. I would not return because of the smoke so will continue going to Harrah’s in Cherokee which I think is a better option anyway. The Asian restaurant in the hotel is absolutely terrible. The food was inedible. The hotel staff are amazing and were super helpful.”

“I had a brief stay at the Bristol Hotel but my experience was fantastic. The staff was pleasant and the room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was very good. Overall it was a very good stay and would stay again upon a return to Bristol.”

“Staff were very courteous and professional. Bed platforms were annoying due to extended length beyond the mattress and can cause painful bumping with your feet-toes.”

“Its a budget-friendly hotel. My room was clean and the Staff were very helpful and polite. They have a pool and vending machines for snacks. The exercise room is small. There is about 3 or 4 treadmills in there but no weights. The hotel has 2 elevators also which is helpful if you're on one of the upper floors. The hotel sits up on a hill right next to the interstate which is convenient and the view is nice. If you're in the Bristol area for a few days, I'd definitely recommend considering this……
