“The house has been redone in a very pleasing aesthetic and impeccably clean. I appreciated the coffee pods that were left and tea bags and shampoo etc. it’s really thoughtful when owners have these for guests. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the temperature was easy to make comfortable with the individual ac units. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The neighborhood around the house needs some TLC. We had pizza at Sorry Charlie which was a quick walk away and really enjoyed it. I……

“I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, cosy, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely living room to relax in, and a very comfortable bed. The property is beautifully situated with stunning mountain views and access to a lovely garden. It’s also just steps from the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail, making it a perfect base for enjoying the surrounding nature. Marnie is an exceptionally warm, welcoming, and……

“Clean and beautifully decorated room. Very comfortable, excellent bed and linens. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. An "out of the way " place and that's its charm, yet close enough - short car rides- to restaurants and other attractions. We'd gladly return!”

“Kelly and Joe’s property was beautiful, the check in and check out process was smooth and easy, and the location was perfect for our planned activities. The property made our special weekend even more perfect as a newly engaged couple!”

“Backyard looked terrible. Wifi spotty. Told host wifi was in and out; said he'd try and fix it but it was not resolved and never got a second response after hearing from him the initial time.”

“The place was exactly as described and a perfect place for us to enjoy a weekend away! It was clean and the check-in process was simple.”

“If you’re planning to stay here, there are two important things to know BEFORE you get there. Firstly, there is a good chance you won’t get reception anywhere near this town. Get your check in instructions with the WiFi info and door code before you drive into town. Secondly, the water here smells rotten eggs. This is true for the sinks and the shower. You don’t feel clean after showering or washing r your hands after using the bathroom. We brought in our own 2 gallon tanks of water from the……

“We stayed on a rather difficult weather week... so we didn't get to really experience the creek and outdoor space, which makes it harder to judge this rental which is cozy in size, but a little unusual in layout and dark on dreary days. In general it was fine - one word of caution for folks who are overly sensitive to poison ivy - the property itself is lovely but the surrounding woods are loaded with it right up to the edges .”

“Very kind and accommodating hosts. There was a blackout problem, and also some bees underneath the deck outside the cabin, but that being said this is a cottage in the middle of the wood some of that is to be expected to not bother me, and host is taking care of it once brought to attention. Great place to stay with pups in a beautiful and rustic setting with tons of nice roads to walk on surrounded by nature. Fantastic dining options for both DoorDash or in town within a 5 mile radius- I……

“Our stay in Rosendale was absolutely wonderful. The property exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the biggest highlights was how genuinely pet friendly the home was. It’s clear the host has thoughtfully considered guests traveling with their furry family members, which made us feel especially welcome. Our host Michael was exceptional—responsive, attentive, and incredibly……

“Wow!!! What an amazing location. The property itself is excellent in terms of comfort and amenities. However, it was the view across the Hudson that made every day special. We cannot recommend this property enough as a place of tranquility and relaxation. Thanks for a wonderful time. We will definitely be back.”

“Loved our stay! The house is cozy and well cared for. Plenty of room and everything we might have needed. Thanks so much for the nice message, it really shows that you care about your guests :)”

“Great place!”

“Absolutely beautiful place. Carefully prepared for our arrival with tea light and lampshades on throughout the accommodation. No complaints whatsoever and if anything exceeded our expectations. The location was great for our plans exploring Hudson Valley and surrounding areas. Would 100% recommend. Communication throughout was perfect 👌. Thank you for a wonderful stay .”

“A cute little getaway with a loft bedroom perfect for two. Full kitchen and nice bathroom with rainfall shower. Beautifully decorated.”

“The property was very clean and well stocked, very convenient location. The only complaint would be that it is a downstairs unit in an older house, so you can really hear every footstep of the tenant upstairs.”

“I came up to the Hudson Valley to work on some writing and I couldn't have asked for a better spot to do it. Highly recommend this studio!”
