“This was a very disappointing stay, especially for a New Year’s trip with family.The cleanliness was unacceptable. There was hair and dog hair on the blankets, hair inside the bathtub, and dirt throughout the house. It was extremely uncomfortable and far below basic hospitality standards.The house is entirely wooden, and you can hear absolutely everything — conversations, footsteps, normal movement. “Eric and Derek could not have been more responsive, accommodating, and welcoming. This was put to a serious test when the unusually frigid temperatures froze the pipes to the bath and shower. They tried to resolve the issue but the single digit temps won out. With no hesitation, they issued a refund to us.The loft was top to bottom sparkling clean and showed great attention to detail and thoughtful design. Excellent location as well.
