“Great hotel. Really enjoyed my stay. Location is excellent, right in the heart of Uluwatu but set back from the road so still peaceful. Staff were helpful and I would definitely visit again.”

“Firstly, upon arrival, there were no staff present to complete our check-in. We were left waiting to be addressed for 10 mins. In addition, we noticed a sign stating that there would be construction between 9am-5pm; it stated that the construction had no relation to Makara Villas. We came to find, it was in fact, the villa across from ours in the complex. This was unbeknownst to us as there was no mention of construction prior to making our booking. Next, we were guided to our Villa by Putra.……

“這一次我並沒有使用泳池，所以這一項我沒有評分，但是看起來很不錯，我很喜歡我住的兩層樓樹屋，空間寬敞，裡面的設計感也很有居家的感覺不張揚的舒適，一早推門或坐在廳裡就可以看到外面的綠蔭，整體的環境自然，這個地方並沒有太多的房間，所以很舒適，工作人員也很熱心。”

“The room was small but clean. The bathroom is outside under a roof (mostly private, but you can potentially hear your neighbors. The breakfast was the same menu options each day but good quality. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool in the courtyard is open during the day, but does not offer much shade. The distance to Padang Padang beach cannot be beat. There are many local stores and restaurants within walking distance”

“The pool was enjoyable with a beautiful view. Our pool chair was covered the whole time we were at the hotel. We weren’t able to open the umbrella at all. When checking in they said they will come and open the umbrella for the sun and the pool chair cover at 0700am but never happened. The staff were really friendly. An issue we had was that we got a message saying our stay will have breakfast included, but when checking in they said no that message we received from Expedia was wrong. Which is……

“干净舒服，最重要的是很私密，人少。房间洗手间是露天的，种了植物很有意思。但是房间放置物品空间不够，没有桌子或椅子，东西都只能放在行李箱里，希望能改进哦。”

“Ac almost not cooling at all, no fridge or coffee corner . Rooms are so small and bed totally uncomfortable and shaking”

“Das Hotel war nicht groß aber alle Bereiche sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch das Zimmer übertraf meine Erwartungen auch wenn es keinen Kühlschrank gab und das Bad etwas renoviert werden könnte. Das Personal war mega freundlich. Im zugehörigen Restaurant gibt es gutes Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen.”

“Very nice swimming pool, staff at the pool is more helpful and polite compared to the main reception counter. Food choice is limited, only one restaurant there. Spa atmosphere is good but lack of privacy ( when taking a bath with my partner , the staff was waiting in the same room...). Should have more facilities like a gym room... Most importantly, need maintenance with most of the rooms there, the rooms are old and with dirt, I found dirt in my bed linen and pillows, toilet is quite……
