“When we checked in at 6:22pm in the evening…a male lobby staff unenthusiastically greeted us and helped us check in and brought us to Villa 11. After explaining mini bars and the power control for the AC, he forgot to mention the complicated light switches, including the DND switch. So my husband and I went through all the eight physical switches in both the bedroom and bathroom, and figured out a somewhat lightless room for sleep. In the following day, we left the hotel around 4:30pm to go……

“酒店帮忙叫车价格偏贵，建议自己搞定。隔壁酒吧白天有点吵，晚上11点来钟就安静了。无敌海景太爽了，泳池也很棒。晚餐几乎没有什么客人在餐厅吃饭，估计都是出去吃了。餐厅出品一般但不收服务费。”

“Beautiful place with great amenities, views and delicious food. We recommend it for younger couples, since there are parties and DJ's playing most of the time. The food and drinks are great and our room was absolutely beautiful. The style was very Miami art deco with a huge gold tub, very fun place!. The staff was friendly and helpful. ”

“View is priceless from the pool overlooking the ocean ... staff need to be more friendly as none of them greeted us ... only the check in lady did ... great for a one night stay - a little loud as the bar and band / restaurant is right out side ur room ...which we did get told so it was ok ”

“There was no hot shower in my room and only limited rooms had... It smelled something bad and I didn't realize for a while but it was one of blanket...also, smelled pillows too...more over, towel had a lot of blood serviced unfortunately...staffs were very nice and friendly but facilities are so bad...need to improve their service on those points and should write it down there is a hot shower or not...no one want to have a cold shower at night.”
