“This is our 2nd stay at the "Cape Cod". The house is quiet, clean, and modern. Heather is very responsive. The Middletown location provided us with convenient access for our outings to Gettysburg, Emmitsburg, MD and Frederick.”

“Wonderful historic building close to downtown Gettysburg. Stairs to second floor difficult to navigate for an older person. Hospitality by owner was excellent. Giving up a few amenities to be in such a historic setting was well worth it!”

“We loved being all together and the house allowed for us to do that. Check in was easy. Location was great-nice off the main road but close to towns. Historic home so we expect the tiny door into the small room. We expect the themed rooms to compliment the hunter theme. Huge turkey was a turn off above the bed. We did not appreciate the dust all around, old beds, and stains on bedding. Kitchen pots and pans need updating. We ordered out food for most of our meals. Never heard back from with host……

“This house was perfect for our family. The setup was exactly what we needed for graduation weekend. Convenient to everything in Gettysburg, easy parking, tons of fun games, and a huge backyard which we didn’t use but nice big you had younger kids. The owners were so nice and accommodation when my son left an expensive item behind. Would def recommend!”

“We checked in on a Friday afternoon and found Dans place easily and accurately as described. The unit is clean and roomy. Watch your head going upstairs to the 2 extra bedrooms where you will find a full bathroom as well. The kitchen has basically everything you would need to cook basic meals, however if you're making breakfast for a larger group, you may want to bring big skillets. The appliances are new and worked well. The water is hot and the air-conditioning worked well. The back porch is……
