"Let me just say how convenient this hotel is!! It’s right in the heart of downtown Cleveland and since I was visiting the museum of Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, it was perfect! Legit only a less than 5 minutes drive and less than a 10 minute walk! The hotel staff at check in were very nice, had great customer service and even though it got a little busy, they were still fast in the process. My room was nice and spacious for me and my sister and since we only stayed one night we didn’t exactly get to enjoy it fully but it did its job! The room looked really well maintained and clean! Same to be said about the bathroom. I felt safe in this hotel as well. Room seemed secure and everything. The only downside is that since the hotel is downtown it does tend go get noisy and my room was facing the street so I could hear all the loud cars driving by, the police sirens/ambulance sirens and the church from across the street ringing their bell almost every hour 😭😅 but like I said I was only there for one night so maybe it was a busy night and it’s not usually like that lol so keep that in mind! Overall, 10/10 recommend!"
