“Room was modern and decorated beautifully, this was my second time staying here and will definitely be returning. The room and building was clean and extremely quiet. The hotel is just around the corner from Euston station and Warren Street. There were shops about 1 minute away and suitcase storage as you can’t check in until 2:30/3pm.
You will receive emails and a text on how to check in/check out.
Thank you for another lovely stay.”

“I absolutely loved this hotel and it definitely exceeded my expectations. There are so many lovely details in the rooms, especially the floor heating in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The gym and spa are wonderful. For a hotel, the gym is really 10 out of 10. My only regret is that I did not have more time but will definitely come back.”

“這間酒店的位置很方便，距離火車站非常近。然而，房間的設施維護與清潔狀況令人失望：
窗簾無法完全關上，影響遮光與私隱。
房門玄關近浴室處的地墊是破損的，觀感不佳。
衣櫃裡的浴袍明顯發黃，衛生狀況令人質疑。
浴室內的潤手霜瓶蓋無法擰緊/關好。
整體而言，地點確實優越，但客房保養與清潔細節亟需改善。
The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations:
The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage.
The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged.
The bathrobes in the wardrobe……

“You would expect a little more from a 5 star hotel but the check-in process is not very welcoming… we are a family of 3 with a small child plus two big luggages… when we arrived, no one offer a hand to move the luggages up the staircase to the main reception area… in fact, no one is there… so we have to move the heavy suitcases ourselves… the check in is relatively quick but the staff is cold… so it’s quite unpleasant to begin with… we decided to have dinner at the Fitz’s but the table they……
