「This hotel isn't terrible, but we wouldn't stay there again. There are no on-site staff, so no one to help you directly, which was a problem multiple times for us. The first time, I used a number on the hotel website and was connected with someone off-site who knew nothing about the hotel property and couldn't help me. The second time, I called a different number, which was listed on a sheet of paper we were given, and the person on the other end yelled "HELLO?!" into the phone like they were...

「The hosts were wonderful and the Inn itself is lovely. It's just a short distance from Elmora, Guelph, or Waterloo so it's an ideal location.」

「The office staff was great. Allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage to return later in the day. Very nice and helpful. The only thing is we couldn't get the tv to work.」

「Older hotel. Bathroom was renovated, except the heater that was old and rusty. King bed comfortable. Bed sheet was not covering it completely and thin overlay was stained. Parking is plenty and easy. Few breakfast items. Hard boiled eggs overcooked, grey inside.」
