「The front desk service attitude is very poor. The last white customer was smiling and friendly. When they saw our Asian faces, they put away their smiles and were perfunctory. I will never stay here again.」

「Great location and the staff at the front desk were professional and greeted us each time we came and went. Highly recommend.」

「Excellent」

「It’s very dirty, we have a dirty sheet, floor is dirty, and there are hairs on the hair dryer. The front desk gave us a clean sheet and ask us to change it ourselves because they don’t have enough people (even the employee at the front desk is very polite and friendly) would not recommend 」

「还不错，想要下次还去」

「When we checked in, there was a strong smell of weed coming from across the front desk and also in the elevator. We checked in late, around 11:30pm, so maybe getting high is a night shift perk. The room was very plain, but seemed to be clean. Beds were comfortable. Biggest complaint is the nonstop loud traffic noise coming from the street below. No bedside clock. Breakfast was just meh. We won’t be back.」

「Great」

「Room had awesome view. Staff was very friendly and helpful」
