「職員服務態度殷勤，有禮貌令人有賓至如歸嘅感覺」

「The hotel is very nice. We stayed in a heritage Victorian-style house, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We left our luggage in the car and checked in first. The staff then showed us where to park, which was very convenient and close by. However, the hotel may not be accessible for guests using wheelchairs or carrying heavy luggage, as there are around 10 stairs at the entrance.」

「Such a wonderful place - amazing staff, absolutely delicious breakfast on lovely china, beautiful Victorian decor and architecture yet no dust anywhere. We enjoyed shopping and dining in this Oak Bay area with the ocean beaches and a great seawall walk to Beacon Hill Park nearby.」

「Very helpful staff. Room was clean and everything worked. Linen and towels very clean like new. Check in was smooth and well explained. We arrived early but was offered a room without us asking. Helpful to look after luggage after we checked out so we could continue exploring. Enjoyable stay and with no drama」
