「I travel a lot and have stayed in many high-end hotels, and this place was definitely one of the best. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We hit a snag at check-in, but they promptly fixed the problem, and Patrick went above and beyond to make our stay special. I can’t recommend this place enough—every amenity was thoughtfully planned and curated. Located close to restaurants you can walk to, but the restaurant/in room dining was delicious! 」

「The room was nice but the housekeeper hadn’t done a great job. She left a wash cloth from another guest hanging on the shower curtain rod. I will admit it could have been hard to see, but it was there. Also, and I know this is something most people wouldn’t even consider, but the flags are hung incorrectly. The state flag is hanging on the tallest pole and the US flag is flying below that, which is improper. I was going to bring this to the attention of the morning clerk, but no one was at the...

「The staff at this hotel are great. They kept us informed and were polite the entire time. Check-in is rough, though. If you show up a little early, you're not getting in. I realize they are a busy hotel, but we'd been in the car for 7 hours and while the staff were very cordial, the policy seemed a bit too rigid. There was a point where plenty of guests were sitting in the lobby almost like at a doctor's appointment, waiting to be called for their room. Again, this isn't the fault of the staff....
