“We had a wonderful stay! Although our room wasn’t ready at the scheduled check-in time, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well by upgrading us to a beautiful suite. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The excellent service more than made up for the delay, and we truly appreciated how well we were taken care of. We would happily stay here again.”

Although check-in starts at 4:00 p.m., our room was not ready until 4:30 p.m. We had to wait with our young children, which was unacceptable. The room itself was not comfortable.
