“The property was clean and inviting. We stayed in the room above the office. It was very quiet, clean and smelled fresh. The staff was excellent; he answered our questions and was very helpful when approached. Would happily stay here again! ”

“The studio oceanview room had an amazing view. The room felt old and out dated with alot of wear, cracked floors and missing closet doors. I broke my toe on the door stop they left on the floor for the missing door to close against. I have to remove the screws from the floor myself so no one else got injured in it. The mattress in the pull out couch is not very comfortable as the springs are shot and poke out. We did not receive our breakfast we ordered ahead of time on the app. We had to ask……

“Love this place , it's cozy and clean . The staff is so welcoming . The food is really good . I had the sliders . Private little walk way to the pool , and the bar is right there . I'm am definitely returning . ”

“This place needs an entire makeover. The staff were super nice and the views were beautiful. It’s in a great location but the rooms are run down. The free kayaks and bikes were in terrible condition and the pool was dirty and had many visible concrete holes on the bottom. The WiFi and ice machine were both not working and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. ”

“Really neat houseboat hotel concept, enjoyed our 5 days there. Bagel shop and shopping walking distance. Staff was super nice and helpful. ”

“There is no beach, it’s rocks then water, the view of the ocean was very nice and when the tide gets low you can start waking on the water, always use the kayaks for fishing or just to have a good time.”

“I really really love this property. Everything feels like amazing. Such a calm and safe and gated property also room was so good with proper detailing and also very much important thing is sunset. Such a outstanding location to seat relax and watch a beautiful sunset. This property feels like you are living in your own space. Staff is so good and very helpful.
