「There was a lot of seaweed, which definitely had an odor; it was impossible to use the beach area. I did expect they would make more of an effort to clean it. Could use some TCL, adult pool needs new steps that do not get too hot to touch in the summertime. (They make them now). Could have made more of an effort to review amenities and events. 「Overall our stay was nice. We loved the shores pool, and paid extra for ocean view and balcony, which was ruined by the sargassum(out of resorts control of course). Also the balcony was not a private balcony attached to our room, it was just an extension off the walk way open to anyone really, so that part is kind of deceiving.
