I know it's not their fault, but they really should update their socials or send emails to let people know what's going on in case they want to make changes to their trips. 「Our biggest complaint was that there were only six lounge chairs and three umbrellas by the Pool area which overlooked the ocean. Obviously, we had to wait for someone to leave. The Pool deck area was the resorts most attractive amenity and it was not adequately equipped. Unfortunately, we would not recommend or return to this resort.」

「Our stay was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was quick and easy, and the rooms were modern, updated, and exceptionally clean. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and it was clear the staff takes great pride in keeping everything in top condition. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it never felt crowded. We were especially impressed by how quiet and peaceful it was throughout our stay. Book the room. It is worth it!」

「I didn’t like that we couldn’t use the beach because the seaweed was not removed to make beach accesible. Also our room floor was dirty, appears that it has not been cleaned with water for a long time; when walking barefoot in room our feet became very very dirty with floor dirt. Room floor should be cleaned with water to remove dirt. Resort is very nice, employees are great, kind and very friendly. I hope my above recommendation is taken into consideration and resolved. Thank you!」

「We had a great day here and I would recommend it to anybody and everybody. We got a little Casita really nice and quaint close to the beach. They’re close to a number of different hangout spots and just a nice spot to stay.」

「Thw hotel is not what it used to be. Smell terrible . Fans in all thr floors due to leaks . Room service is ordered now through text .」

「The check-in was easy and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is great for our trip, the price per night is competitive, unfortunately there was no water pressure in the shower, and 1 of the fan/light fixtures did not have a functioning remote. We have enjoyed stays here in the past, and we hope the team can correct the issues as we would stay here again on future trips if they do so.」
