「Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone. 「We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3. 「Beautiful hotel with clean, well-appointed rooms. Didn’t get to go to the restaurant on site but the menu looked good. Not many restaurants within walking distance but I stayed to be close to the hospital and it was perfect. They have a free shuttle to hospital facilities」
