"Clean rooms, modern, comfortable bed, convenience store on the first floor, convenient laundry facility. Not convenience location, Uber to train station was between 1100yen to 1800yen one way, they have limited hours on free bus to train station and Disney resorts. For families doing only Disney it was perfect, for families trying to go to Tokyo, Yokohama, Kamakura... It wasn't.
