“We recently had a family reunion here with 12 adults and 15 children ages 3 months to 17 years. We enjoyed our stay, but there were things it would have been nice to know beforehand. 1) there is no air conditioning and everyone was extremely hot at night! We ended up buying 3 box fans to help cool rooms down. 2) there is basically no outdoor space for kids to play. 3) there is no bathroom for central location except in the bedrooms so you have to go up or down to your own room to use the……

“This may be one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed at. Well kept house, nice conveniences (coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available which was super helpful, very well equipped kitchen). Kids loved the play area. Host was very helpful and location was perfect for visits to see Zion, Bryce, and Cedar Breaks. We only got a little sample of each - hope to be back.”

“The property was gorgeous, spacious, quiet and very clean. It exceeded our expectations. Our host left a note with easy to follow advice and instructions. The property is close to downtown Midway and to many mountain adventures (we were in town for a trail race at Soldier Hollow). We would 100% stay here again.”

“This place was great and fit our family of 7 comfortably. Host let us check in a couple hours early due to family coming into town. Upon arrival we noticed there was no coffee pot but filters, after letting the host know, he had one delivered. We seen lots of wildlife and went up the canyon to explore. My granddaughter loved the playground, the fire pit, and we all watched a movie on the projector. AMAZING!!!”

“Great host and the ski in ski out worked fine, even with the bad snow! However, you do need snow as it runs along a path behind the house. Also, very nice and walkable path to the village or just take the street and cut through the condos. That was a nice surprise. Beautiful house with lots of rooms and beds and bathrooms. The Hot tub could be larger would be my only suggestion. Would stay here again and loved the host who helped us with everything, including chef one night and all of my……
