“Everything about this place is magical.”

“The location was fantastic at the head of a lovely valley. But at sunset the staff started noisy yard cleaning that was disruptive until we asked them to please stop. There were no glasses in the room, no ice available to cool down drinks, restaurant closed (so no breakfast options) except an apple, breakfast bar and tea/coffee. The pillows and beds were uncomfortable. I would have been fine with this level of hospitality if the prices were lower, but the value didn't seem to be there.”

“Very close to slopes. Rooms were dorm style but good value. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pretty nice stay. ”

“We absolutely loved this place. We highly recommend it especially if you are seeking true peace. The hosts thought of EVERYTHING, from extra towels, snacks, coffee, even an ouch pouch...awesome touches. I would mention, Escalante is about an hour from Bryce Canyon which may be something for guests to consider if they plan to do multiple days in the park. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.”

“Owner was having a baby so lobby and restaurant were closed. Check in info was in an envelope by the door. After a 10 hour drive and no nearby restaurants thank God I had a couple cans of soup to heat up in the microwave. Our room was called the "Ice Cave" fitting since it was so cold! Room was so small it was claustrophobic. Congrats on the baby, but have back up to run the hotel please.”

“There are a lot of these large properties around Utah, and this one is the best our team has used so far. It is off grid and secluded in all the right ways. The property is comfy and stunning, we especially the greenhouse area to be outside when it was a bit too cold or windy. We were a party of 15 work colleagues and there was plenty of space for us to spread out and have our own spaces. Highly recommend! We hope to be back! PS there are some pretty happy chickens and ducks on the property.”

“This place was perfect for our family get together. The kids loved the play area which is well stocked with toys besides the things you see in the pictures. The tables and chairs in the kitchen were enough for our group. The beds were fairly comfortable. This place is a little older but the price made it so we could do this little stay after we traveled to the Bear Lake area for the burial of my father. Thank you. ”
