「Had to wait 30 minutes around midnight when I got in before anyone came to the front desk... and that was after calling them upwards to 20 times while standing in the lobby. I witnessed this happening to more guests as well. No slip prevention mats I've the tub/showers. No microwaves. No coffee makers. Rooms were very drab / colorless.」
