“There was some confusion with the refund process but it was all worked out easily. Also, the hot water had not been turned on but once we contacted Roy he got back to us ASAP and gave us instructions. Great location and host.”

“We had a room with a balcony at the front of the property. On a road but not noisy. A great 2 night stay with our 2 dogs. Very dog friendly, lovely helpful & friendly staff. The area is very beautiful for walking & cycling. Would definitely stay again. ”

“I like the hotel for its location which is right cross the street of famous arts and science city of Valencia. It is clean, safe with attractive price. Staff are friendly and the rear court yard has nice garden. Everything is good except the room is pretty small. I will definitely stay here next time since this is new area of Valencia which in my opinion better than old town where you see so many beggars and trash, especially the north train station area.”

“The service was very good. You could get coffee and tea, sweet snacks. There was a refrigerator whit butter, milk, cold water etc. Very clean place. The location was fine, a bit noisy sometimes at the evening outside, but close to the Jardin de Túria.”
