「We arrived late at night, and Mike greeted up with a welcoming smile, a blessing for weary travelers! Check in was easy, rooms are spotless, beds are comfy, shower has good water pressure. We met Paula, the owner, during the course of the next day, who is also friendly, welcoming, and stressed how important it is to her for guests to have a good stay. The fitness room is small but adequate. There is a Planet Fitness across the way. The pool looked clean. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage...

「Cynthia at the desk was amazing and super friendly. All of the staff was super helpful and accommodating. The only thing that was disappointing was the amount of noise around and in the property when 9:00 pm was the "quite time". I would have to sleep with headphones and music every night because there was so much noise by tenants as well as outside parking lot noise going on ALL night long which was stressful.」

「The young desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. The hot tub was not working, and the clerk explained there's very few companies in TN who could it. Doesn't help when you plan your stay for a hotel because they advertise a hot tub. The water temperature in the pool wasn't comfortable. The refrigerator wasn't working properly, the toilet ran, and there were several huge stinkbugs in the room. Other than that, the hotel was in a great location--safe and easy access to the highway. 」
