「Spacious room and friendly staff」

「We had a great stay at The Ocean Villas. The N4 unit was spacious, clean, and offered all of the amenities that we needed to house 10 people across 2 families. The air conditioners worked well and the water pressure was decent. The only suggestion is to keep extra pillows, blankets, and more hangers in the extra storage space - which was plentiful. We also had daily breakfast included, which ranged from omelettes and pho. Tony and Andy were very friendly and helpful along with the cleaning staff...

「It’s a fantastic hotel with excellent hospitality! The hotel features a private beach; however, we weren’t able to swim or sunbathe due to the weather. While the breakfast buffet could use more variety, there are great options for both Western and Japanese cuisine. The Japanese breakfast, in particular, was delicious and fresh—definitely a highlight of our stay! 」

「I would not recommend this hotel, the in room dining staffs were rude. Activities were poorly organised and the staffs were no show for the activity. Food was so so and there was not much to do.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. Our spacious sea-view villa with a private swimming pool was fantastic, and we made the most of the pool every day. The resort is peaceful, tranquil and perfectly located. 「The hotel was simply amazing - wonderful decor, generous space in rooms, beautiful garden and small places troughout the hotel to sit in open and relax - it really has a boutique hotel look and feel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Beach is 2-3 minutes walk away and free bicycles are also available. Pool is big, a little unusually located behind the reception and not in the sun, but we enjoyed it. We would choose Vanessa Boutique hotel again without hesitation.」
