"This was a first class gite in an excellent location with facilities for all the family. A very friendly welcome from the hosts.We had a wonderful stay in Jard sur Mer and would recommend this accommodation to any family or group of friends. Slight problems with slow and intermittent Wifi but otherwise the gite could not be faulted."

"We spent a lovely week, with 4 adults and 6 teenagers and the house was spacious enough for everyone, with different sitting areas in and outside the house. The kitchen is very well equipped, the pool is great to have, especially since the beach, which is a 5 min walk away, has lots of stones. "

"The property has all modern facilities and is beautiful inside and out. Everything one could possibly need was provided, including basics in the kitchen cupboards like teabags, cooking oil etc. There was also a thoughtful welcome pack of basic foods- butter, milk, jam etc. The pool is lovely. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms immaculate. Probably the best gite we have ever stayed in."

"la superficie de la villa et la disposition des chambre, la thématique de la décoration, le jardin clos convenaient parfaitement pour 3 jeunes couples avec 2 enfants de 2 ans et un bébé de 7 mois, et un couple de grands-parents. La proximité de plages sablonneuses accessibles à pied était idéale pour que les plus petits puissent se familiariser avec l'Atlantique et que les sportifs aguerris puissent pédaler, courir et emprunter le parcours de santé. Il faudra revenir dans quelques années pour...

Elle est idéalement placée entre le port et le centre ville (et la forêt attenante, très pratique pour les sorties du chien).Jard sur Mer est une ville très accueillante, il y a de nombreuses choses à faire et a voir ainsi que dans les environs proches. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et nous avons pu profiter de belles balades et dégustations grâce aux bonnes adresses et explications fournies par notre hôte dont l’accueil a été parfait !...

"Magnifique restauration d’une grange, très grande et fonctionnelle pour 11 personnes. Rien ne manque en équipement. Le cadre est reposant à la campagne avec grande piscine et a quelques minutes à vélo ou à pied (par les pistes cyclables ) la plage le port et le golf,tout à proximité. L’equipe d’accueil et de communication très à l’écoute et disponible. A découvrir. Christine G Angers"

"We’re a large group of friends from Wales (16 adults and 19 young children) and we had a wonderful time at Residence Romaric!The property is made up of many separate apartments, which was perfect for us, although we actually ended up cooking and eating communally in the large shared kitchen and dining areas most of the time. The house has large grounds that include a heated pool (that can be covered and locked for safety), volleyball and football courts, boules and table tennis etc. There’s also a large box of Duplo and a small children’s library.The big supermarket is a few minutes away and it’s a 20 or so minute walk into Jard Su Mer and its markets and beaches.We had fun day trips to the nearby O’Gliss Aqua Park and the Puy Du Fou historical theme park.Muriel was a friendly host who was always available to help as her and her family live on site in a separate apartment."
