“The owner greeted us was very pleasant and helpful with surrounding places to go and see. The room was well kept. Bathroom remodeled new very nice. Only problem not enough outlets in the room. Didn't have any problems with bugs. Neighbors were respectful. Nice pool area but small. Great place to stay for cheap in Venice on the main drag just miles from the beach. I would stay there again.”

“This property was a perfect getaway. You are literally right on a private beach. Nokomis beach is right down the road or beach. North jetty for fishing. We saw manatees swimming right down the beach. This was an amazing stay in an amazingly beautiful area of south Florida. I cant wait to return. My only regret is not staying here longer.”

“The room was great for the price but the refrigerator didn't close and the pool wasn't available. Also their website says breakfast but no breakfast and the restaurant that's attached to the building is permanently shut down. So it doesn't have all the features u are expecting. But I'd stay again based on the room and price. ”

“The hotel itself was fine, but the virtual check-in is impersonal. I like human contact. That is a better way to demonstrate hospitality. Someone on a screen is impersonal. I would not recommend staying here because of the virtual check-in and check-out process.”

“The room was clean except for the sticky floors. The property manager was very helpful and even brought me ice!!! All things necessary were there though not fancy. Was good for me. A very safe area with parking right outside your door.”

“Owner communicated well. A little of a hassle that we scheduled everything around check in at 3 but it wasn’t until 4 and we didn’t find out until check in instructions were sent. The front door squeaked terribly. The shower barely spit water out of the faucet. The beach was a good bit from 23 and it was about half way between the pool and the beach. The beds were not great. Both sank in the middle. Fridge didn’t really cool well. Coffee pot not a kuerig so don’t get the pods. The beach was a……

“This place was absolutely perfect for my mother and I. The location was easily accessed. The hosts are so kind and as a bonus, they have a sweet little cat who loves to welcome their guests. I'd 100% recommend and would stay again.”
